Covid-19 Update
At Bear & Lace we aim to have your order with you in 5-7 days but with the current pandemic we cannot guarantee this. We use Royal Mail for our deliveries and as you may already be aware, they are under a huge amount of pressure.
With this in mind, we are currently not offering next day delivery. When the situation improves in the future, we will be sure to offer this service. Until then please Bear with us.
We offer a first-class Gift Boxing service for all orders over £50, the only exception being of the Open Mity Luxury Toy Chest as this is classed as the gift box itself. If you require us to wrap this product, in luxury paper, then please contact our customer services team and they will be happy to do so. Items purchased with the Open Mity Luxury box will be Gift Boxed. Anything under £50 will be wrapped in our signature tissue paper with a wax seal and posted in our biodegradable cushioned mailbags. Gift Boxing can be added to orders under £50 for £10-£20 depending on the size of the box required.
Our delivery packaging is super discreet. At Bear & Lace we are passionate about the planet; therefore, we use biodegradable bubble wrap, very strong plain biodegradable mailing bags and occasionally cardboard boxes.
Bear & Lace Gift boxes are rigid and luxurious, they have been designed to be kept in order to minimise waste from standard cardboard postal boxes whilst making the recipient feel special and also complimenting the luxury items inside. Enclosed you will find our branded tissue paper with a wax seal. The satin bow is the finishing touch. We take every care to make sure your box is wrapped to the highest standard and we place fragile stickers on the mailing bags to prevent them being damaged in transit but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this.
